Due to the nature of our business we will only accept product returns for any error made on our part. Part of the charm of handmade vs. factory produced is the slight differences from item to item. We do our best to photograph the products accurately but not every product from an individual batch will be identical. Also, please read product descriptions carefully for the fragrance description and more importantly the ingredient list.
