Shipping policy

We ship our packages on Monday-Wednesday. We attempt to have packages shipped out within 3-5 business days of ordering. Shipping may be prolonged due to holidays and promotions. Please allow us an additional 3-5 business days during those times.

We ship our packages through USPS and on rare occasions there will be slow delivery. We do not offer refunds for delayed packages, although we can offer future discounts for the inconvenience.

Summer Time Shipping Policy 

Please be mindful when ordering body butters during the summer months (June-September) that we do not offer refunds for butters that are melted when you receive them. All of our butters are of a whipped texture and we do not use any emulsifying agents or beeswax to harden them. Please have your packages shipped to a place where you know they will be retrieved immediately. If you experience some melting please place your product in the refrigerator so it is able to solidify.

What We Do To Prevent Melting

We will do everything on our end to try to ensure that you will receive your product in its whipped state. We freeze the butters the night before shipping and wrap them in bubble wrap before placing them inside a padded envelope. It is of most importance that you ensure that your package will not be sitting in a mailbox majority of the day.
